  This used to be a mid level centre, sadly totally its overloaded now. They have effectively made it impossible to see a GP. They will no longer allow you to book face to face and tell you to use the website or phone in. The NHS website can only book blood tests, "helpful receptionist directed me there, I'm thinking she didn't know", so you phone up, again and again, busy and busy and you cannot get through until all the appointments are gone. So it's a trip to A&E for me. The one thing that really annoys me though is they are happy to sign on new patients, and still doing so. You cannot serve your current Base yet your still adding to it???. That is deliberate and is either totally stupid or something far worse.
